A follower alerted journalist Laura Landaeta that Vía X had removed a video featuring a segment of her interview broadcasted on the channel regarding her book Don Francisco: The Story of an Untouchable, recently released by Ceibo Ediciones.
In the video, lasting just over two minutes, Landaeta talks with journalist Francisco Sagredo and discusses, among other things, the connection between Mario Kreutzberger (Don Francisco) and the controversial current Chilean ambassador to Israel, Gabriel Zaliasnik.
Additionally, the investigative journalist recalls in the excerpt the involvement of those convicted in the «Penta Case», Carlos Alberto Délano and Carlos Eugenio Lavín, in the board of the Teletón Foundation.
Regarding the removal of the video from Vía X platforms, Landaeta stated, «For some reason, Sagredo later asked the channel executives to take down the video and remove it from the platforms.»
According to her, «They had to comply; the team disagreed, but they had little choice and had to follow the instruction.»
«I found out because a follower told me that the video had been deleted, and since I had the original version that was sent to me two weeks ago when I did the interview, I posted it again,» Landaeta added.
