U.S. President Donald Trump has claimed that in a joint operation with Venezuela, forces from his country killed the leader of the Tren de Aragua, Héctor Guerrero Flores, known as ‘Niño Guerrero’ (see photo).
«Under my direction, U.S. Southern Command executed a swift and lethal kinetic strike to successfully eliminate Niño Guerrero, the infamous leader of Tren de Aragua,» Trump stated on his personal social media platform.
According to the U.S. leader, the action was «closely coordinated with our friends in Venezuela, with whom we maintain an excellent relationship.»
