A faculty member from the Education Department at the University of Autonomous Chile, Temuco campus, has filed a criminal complaint for «serious defamation and serious injuries» against a vice-dean of the same faculty in the Guarantee Court of Temuco.

According to the submitted complaint, the accused allegedly «invented and spread claims that the complainant maintained an OnlyFans account,» and furthermore, «propagated this claim among high school students at Greenhouse School in Temuco.»

The complainant’s side argues that she «has been a teacher and academic secretary of a Pedagogy program since March 2025, directly involved in the training of future teachers for children and adolescents, hence her integrity is the foundation of her profession.»

In this context, the complaint details that «since April 2026, rumors circulated within the university community, both verbally and via WhatsApp, asserting that she had been dismissed from her previous job for having that account and for sharing its content with underage students, which was reportedly heard and repeated by staff at the University of Autonomous Chile and, as alleged, reached university authorities.»

Labor Director Responds

The sponsoring lawyer, Vivian Franco Palacios, told El Ciudadano that the Labor Directorate investigated the matter, concluding that the dismissal was related to scheduling issues and not the alleged OnlyFans account, therefore, «there are sufficient indications of a violation of her honor and mental integrity.»

«Regarding the accusation, the Directorate was categorical: It is false, as there is no procedural truth to reach a different conclusion,» emphasized the lawyer.

Additionally, the Labor Directorate suggested 11 corrective measures, including formal retraction and apologies in writing. However, the complainant asserts that as of the date of the judicial filing, none of these measures had been fulfilled.

«A woman’s body, sexuality, and private life were weaponized to attempt to destroy her career, her personal relationships, and her reputation, all from a position of power. When a teacher is falsely accused of something like this, her entire career is jeopardized,» highlighted lawyer Vivian Franco Palacios.
