The senator-elect from La Araucanía criticized the author while referring to the purchase of Salvador Allende's house, mistakenly conflating her with the former legislator.
The legal action has been endorsed by over 1,000 affected individuals. "This lawsuit is not symbolic: it sets a historic precedent.
