Rolando Gastón Angulo Matamala (26), a social worker from the Chillán government, Bartolomé Ambrosio Salazar Veloz (31), a teacher at Chillán's Girls' High School, and Ogan Esteban Lagos Marín (21), an agronomy student at the University of Concepción, were kidnapped, tortured, and shot dead in April 1974 by a group of Carabineros known as "Los Chicos Malos."
