On Friday, February 20, the 2nd Williche Seaweeds and Coastal Spaces Festival will take place in Achao – Quinchao (Chiloé). The event brings together 25 communities focusing on nine ECMPO applications, showcasing ancestral gastronomy, music, and territorial defense while fostering a cultural, economic, and environmental perspective with national reach. The culinary segment will prominently feature traditional dishes from Chono, Williche, and Chilote cultures.
