The Fourth Criminal Court of Santiago has convicted a sub-lieutenant and three other officers from the 21st Precinct of Estación Central for acts spanning from 2016 to 2018, including beatings, torture of a minor, and the use of a police dog to attack a detainee, all occurring under the command of Major Francisco Arzola, known as the "Nazi Cop," who was sentenced to 22 years in prison in 2019.
